"Retired retroactively"? What kind of nonsense is that? So if things happen at a company you are CEO of that are later embarrassing/inconvenient to you, you can just edit history and retire earlier than you actually (officially, legally, on paper) retired? Never mind actually being on the payroll and all official filings...
Guess when it's convenient you can Etch-A-Sketch it away.
