The Republican strategy...when times get tough, call the opponents "un-American"

Palin starts the hinting at it, saying some parts of America (typically "red" areas) are more "pro-America" than others (typically "blue" areas, like big cities).

Then...



Michele Bachmann says we should start investigating the "un-American" members in Congress (i.e., "liberals").

So remember, folks, if you are a liberal, a left-leaning Democrat, if you are opposed to the Iraq War, if you disagree with Republicans (like Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, George Bush, John McCain)...you are un-American, and should have your shady background looked into.

Joeseph McCarthy was a Republican, and it appears his legacy is alive and well. Michele Bachmann will probably vote next to resurrect HUAC...
