The United States' image is so tattered overseas two years after the Iraq invasion that communist China is viewed more favorably than the U.S. in many long-time Western European allies, an international poll has found.
Seems there was a time when our actions brought respect in the world. Now, they bring scorn from our own allies.
I know you can't run a nation on international popularity polls, but doesn't this make some in the government wonder if they are really steering the right course in foreign policy?
